Health Tip | The Best Weight Training Routine

This is my overall favorite and possibly the best weight training routine, split, for most people. In this video I explain what it is and why I like it. All splits have pros and cons. This is not applicable to our crossfit friends, but this is applicable to most lifting weights, wether at home or at the gym. It's for beginners and advanced.
